Important distinction
Philanthropic gifts support the Foundation’s approved public-benefit work and do not generate a financial return.
Eligible SAMBO members are intended to share in 90% of distributable profits through regulated investment funds, subject to final agreements and actual results.
The Luthando Maduna Foundation participates in 10% of distributable profits, alongside mission-supporting management teams, to advance the broader city-building mission.
The 90/10 model applies only where distributable profit exists. It is not guaranteed and remains subject to regulated structures, executed agreements, applicable law and verified financial results.
