#ChangeAlexNow — It's About Time
Orderly modern boulevard symbolising accountable city development

Governance & transparency

Trust must be designed into every layer.

A programme of this scale needs more than ambition. It needs clear legal structures, verified banking, independent reporting and visible accountability.

Luthando Maduna Foundation

The non-profit organisation leading #ChangeAlexNow.

The Foundation is positioned to steward the city-building and social-upliftment allocation, connecting commercial growth to community outcomes with formal oversight.

Banks we work with

FNB and Standard Bank support the banking infrastructure intended for business accounts, point-of-sale collection and controlled movement of daily transactions, subject to the scope of current executed agreements.

Independent reporting

Luthando Maduna & Co Chartered Accountants supports financial oversight and annual reporting, helping keep the model measurable and accountable.

Property delivery under Stratum

#ChangeAlexNow property developments are placed under Stratum Property Group for coordinated development and network administration.

Documented legal rights

The Foundation participates in 10% of distributable profits, while eligible SAMBO members are intended to share in 90% through regulated investment funds. All rights and distributions must be defined in signed offering documents.

Institutions we work with

Banking and accounting discipline.

The organisations shown here support banking infrastructure and professional financial oversight. Their roles are represented only within the scope of current executed agreements.

Long-term destination

Preparing a people-owned city for public-market governance.

The long-term aim is to list the New City of Alexandra on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, with a professional board of directors and governance, reporting and disclosure aligned with applicable JSE requirements.

This is an ambition, not a guarantee of listing. Any listing would remain subject to eligibility, regulatory approvals, audited performance and the requirements in force at the time.

Risk & legal transparency

Informed participation comes first.

Property participation involves risk. Property values may fall and participants may receive back less than they contributed. Returns, distributions, profit shares and fundraising targets are not fixed or guaranteed; projections and intended allocations are illustrative only and are not a promise of future performance. Projects are subject to construction, planning, tenancy, liquidity and timing risks. This website does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Stratum Property Group is not a bank or licensed financial services provider unless expressly stated in the relevant offering documentation.
The 90/10 allocation applies only to distributable profits. All contribution, shareholding, payout, regulated-fund, security and reinvestment terms must be set out in final signed agreements. Participants should obtain their own professional advice before committing funds.
Named institutions and partners must be represented only within the scope of executed mandates or agreements. Programme details may change as regulatory and commercial arrangements are finalised.
