Contributions are pooled toward defined development thresholds; the intended model may place waiting capital in secure income funds.

04Enter the property network

Eligible pooled capital is deployed across #ChangeAlexNow projects placed under Stratum Property Group, rather than one isolated site.

05Apply asset-backed security

Where final offering documents provide for it, Asset-Backed Notes may be supported by ceded title deeds.

06Receive annual reports

Professional administration and annual reporting provide visibility into performance and progress.

07Distribute eligible profit

Any approved distribution follows actual performance, applicable law and final agreements, and is paid into verified accounts.

08Reinvest into the next phase

The process repeats across the integrated network to support the next stage of the New City pipeline.
