Verify
FICA/KYC verification through the SAMBO Digital Platform.

South African Multi-Business Owners
SAMBO is designed to organise verified people around daily trade, shared development and long-term community ownership.
How we work
The Wealth Rotation System™ is designed to widen the path to ownership through verification, pooled liquidity, network participation and asset-backed security.
01
FICA/KYC verification through the SAMBO Digital Platform.
02
Contributions are pooled toward defined development thresholds.
03
Capital is deployed across Stratum’s integrated network of productive property.
04
The intended structure uses asset-backed security, reporting and reinvestment for the next phase.
From daily spending to city-building
The model is designed around two Stratum development franchises. When people buy everyday goods and services inside these developments, the trading businesses generate profit that can be shared and redirected toward the New City of Alexandra.

Point-of-sale devices capture each sale and settle it into controlled business accounts. FNB is Stratum’s publicly identified banking-infrastructure provider; automated sweeps can then move funds according to documented banking arrangements.
03
90% of distributable profit is intended to be shared by eligible SAMBO members through regulated investment funds. The Luthando Maduna Foundation participates in the remaining 10%, alongside the management teams supporting its mission.
04
The Foundation’s long-term ambition is to mobilise R500–R800 billion for a New City of Alexandra built from the ground up with the community, then apply the model to 99 more cities.
100,000
Compact neighbourhood developments combining essential shops, services and homes close to where people live.
20,000
Larger live-work-shop destinations bringing homes, retail, offices, leisure and community services into one place.
2,000
Major sport, wellness and entertainment destinations designed to support youth development, recreation and local enterprise.
This is the intended operating model, not a promise of profit or fundraising success. The 90/10 allocation applies only to distributable profits and remains subject to regulated-fund structures, executed agreements, applicable law, eligibility and verified financial results.

Property delivery
Stratum provides the property-development structure for the initiative: assessing opportunities, coordinating professional delivery, administering the property network and reporting on performance.
The two core franchises—Stratum Mini Complex and Stratum Mixed Use—are intended to create recurring local trade that supports this funding model. Eligible participants share across the wider network rather than depending on one property.
